I spent two years restoring an historic adobe home. When I was ready to sell, I needed a realtor who appreciated the meticulous attention given to the home and one who was able to convey that to a potential buyer. Mark St. Paul created a unique website for this home, created CDs and DVDs and undertook what was essentially a national marketing campaign. There was a great deal of interest in this home and Mark handled all inquiries with poise and professionalism. When we found our buyer we also discovered that we had an access easement issue that needed to be resolved before the sale could continue.
